Please include the phone number (for customers) or the restaurant name (for businesses) the data belongs to, so we can find the right records. We may confirm the request from that same number.

If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account to OyePost, you can disconnect it yourself at any time from your admin panel (Instagram → Disconnect). Disconnecting immediately revokes our access token and stops all publishing. You may also remove our access from Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
Where the law requires it, we keep the minimum records needed — for example invoice and payment records that Indian tax law requires us to retain, and records needed to resolve a dispute or a chargeback. These are kept only for as long as the law requires and are not used for anything else.
Note that a restaurant is the merchant for its own orders. If you ask the restaurant directly to delete a record it holds separately (for example in its own POS or notebook), that is between you and the restaurant.
